Mr. Bond is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with over 25 years of global experience in the junior resource and mining industry serving as a director or senior executive of companies listed on the TSX, TSX-V, ASX, AIM and NYSE markets. Mr. Bond is the former Chief Financial Officer of Exeter Resource Corporation until it was acquired by Goldcorp in June 2017 and VP Finance of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd until it was acquired by Yamana Gold. He has served as Director and Executive Vice President, Finance of Rugby Resources Ltd. from March 2018 to present, Director of Inflection Resources Ltd. from March 2019 to present, and Director of QuestEx Gold & Copper Ltd. from April 2018 to June 2022.
